I hold a Master’s Degree in Management and Leadership, Bachelor’s in Business Administration. I have Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from Project Management Institute. I am an experienced senior level leader with approximately 12 years’ experience leading people and processes. I have approximately 11 years of experience with managed health care, Medicare including Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid. I have successfully led call center customer service teams of over 200 people including hourly and salaried team members, remote and onsite. I have an outstanding track record with clients, vendors, senior leadership, other areas of the business, direct, and indirect reports. I am accomplished at leading and developing individuals to support business requirements and meet or exceed service level agreements. I have delivered multiple small and large projects with high value and high risk. I am adept at leading teams to on time project delivery within specifications including risk tracking. I have several years of experience gathering, analyzing, and presenting data.
