About Danielle Watkins

I graduated from the Masters in Real Estate 4+1 Program at Texas A&M University, and completed an undergraduate degree in Agribusiness. My academic background includes hands-on experience in two marketing projects, experience in financial analysis and project management. Lowery Property Advisors (LPA) has allowed me to gain experience in the valuation of a wide variety of property types including, airplane hangars, equestrian centers, apartments, retail, industrial, land, and office. I am currently serving as Managing Director, which has allowed me the ability to form a team and to help teach valuation to others within the organization. LPA has also allowed me to continue to have a creative outlet through creating internal marketing materials and assisting with company events. I previously obtained my Certificate in Professional Event Management from Texas A&M, and enjoy continuing this creative aspect as a part of my career. These experiences have allowed me the ability to have a customer service focus when conducting business, and to understand key elements that make a business successful.
