I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a passion for improving the lives of people living with dementia and the caregivers who support them. I have almost a decade of experience in dementia care, spanning case management, care coordination, support group facilitation, and program development. My personal experience as a caregiver has shaped the way I approach dementia care—with a clear understanding of the emotional, physical, and logistical challenges families face. Currently, I lead the Care Navigation Care Team at Synapticure, a telehealth start-up delivering specialized care for individuals with neurodegenerative diseases. I oversee the GUIDE (Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience) program, a nationwide CMS model focused on enhancing dementia care through coordinated services, caregiver education, and respite support.
