About Danielle Wilson

After my recent journey with my own mental illness, I'm on a mission to spread awareness and support for Mental Health in my community however I can! I started wearing advocacy clothing early in 2023, a quiet protest for awareness. I wanted to be a visible person that anyone could talk to about mental health. I felt like this is something that was missing for me in my darkest moments.a person, a light, a sign that I wasn't alone. This is when I decided that this is where I need to start! The purpose is to get people talking about Mental Health and spark a change! We ALL have Mental Health! It changes person to person.just like our physical health. I want people to know that they are supported, and to never feel that they aren't seen and heard, but most importantly that they are NOT alone. Anxious Alice was created from my recent journey and fueled by my passion to be an advocate for mental health. I hope by sharing my story and living my own purpose, I can make a small ripple of change, and maybe inspire someone to reach out and start their own journey of mental health.
