About Danielle Wright
I grew up with a dream of being on Broadway or the big screen. While, my dreams may have shifted, acting is still my passion and I actively seek chances to get on stage and stretch my creative muscles! I graduated from Wayne State University with my BFA in Acting with Honors where I surrounded myself with likeminded creative people, which opened up a lot of opportunities for me. My love for theatre led me to teaching theatre to people with special needs. That opportunity led me to working with children in a preschool setting where I discovered my other passion– teaching! I love teaching. Whether it’s helping a preschooler learn their ABCs or training my co-worker on how to operate new software. I love helping people learn new things. Discovering this passion, opened me up to the work of ABA. I started a short career as a behavior technician implementing 1:1 ABA therapy with preschool children on the Autism Spectrum. I am convinced ABA is one of the toughest yet most rewarding jobs anyone could ever experience. After the COVID-19 pandemic, I decided to make a career change and moved to staffing. Staffing has taught me more than I anticipated and made me realize that I love working with people from all walks of life! Everyone has a story and different goals and I find it fascinating to connect and build relationships with people. I excelled at recruiting and quickly moved up to account managing where I worked directly with automotive clients and managed contract workers on-site. This job taught me how to de-escalate heated situations, how to be an empathetic leader and manager, how to process payroll, and how to process onboarding paperwork. I have taken the skills I learned in staffing and have made the move to theatre administration. I assist with payroll for touring Broadway productions, handle onboarding, deal with customer complaints, and perform general administrative duties for the Fisher theatre and staff. I specialize in administrative work, childcare, early childhood development, ABA, special needs, theatre, and staffing. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and most CRM software. No matter what field I find myself in, my goal is to bring positivity, energy, creativity, efficiency, innovation, and fun to all workplaces I am a part of. I thrive when I see my team grow in a collaborative environment where we work together to come up with new ideas and solve existing problems!
