As a Service Desk Technician at Byterunner, I provided technical support and troubleshooting for different IT issues and requests. I used various ticketing systems to manage tickets, communicate with clients, and escalate problems when needed. Resolving high number of tickets improved my problem solving skills. My team also handled the installation, maintenance, and configuration of computer equipment and software, ensuring optimal performance and security. Collaborating in a well established team enhanced my communication skills, and proficiency in effective teamwork. I completed my bachelor's degree in business informatics at the Faculty of Organization and Informatics, University of Zagreb, where I learned about the integration of information technology and business processes. Previously, I worked as a Student Annotator at Microblink, where I annotated data for machine learning models that power mobile vision applications. I am passionate about using technology to solve real-world problems and create value for customers.
