About Danika Lavoie

I’ve always had a passion for helping people, either in my personal life or professional. As a sales agent, I do just that. I have been awarded employee of the month in my department at Primus Telecommunications on numerous occasions due to my customer service skills, selling skills and for going the extra mile to provide excellent service. I always have an interest in learning new things and in having more responsibilities to further my knowledge. Although providing fast but good quality service is very important to me, quality of service will always be #1 for me. People will appreciate a good quality and fast service but will remember exceptional customer service. Before working at Primus Telecommunications, I had worked a few other jobs such as Atlantic Super-Store and Tim Hortons where I was promoted to the Customer Service desk and the Supervisor positions for my customer service skills. Even though, these were smaller jobs, they provided me the customer service skills that I now master to this day.
