With a solid track record in engineering leadership and software project management, my commitment to excellence has led me to the role of Director of Engineering at RingCentral. My responsibilities include managing distributed teams, ensuring cross-functional synergy, and providing system architecture design and technical requirements—all aligned with the company’s priorities and vision. As an engineering leader, I have succeeded in many projects related to payment areas, legacy systems re-design, platform solutions, and different billing/QTC challenges. The projects varied significantly in size, priorities, and stakeholders involved. I have recently started a new learning journey with UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, pursuing a COBE (Certificate of Business Excellence). The first steps are Digital Transformations, AI applications, and FinTech courses. This proactive approach underscores my dedication to professional growth and aligning with industry trends.
