About me:Despite heavily investing in an unrelated major, I developed my administrative skills in college by getting a business minor and through my work experience, where I rose to a supervisory role at an IT Help Desk. That experience taught me about more than just technology. Serving as the assistant manager meant I got my first lessons in dealing with staff, customer service management and corporate structure.After graduation. I quickly discovered how much I liked the fast pace and challenging nature of property management, balancing between staffing, event management and customer service as an on-site assistant manager. After successfully completing the examination and certification for a Florida Community Association Management process, I was promoted to Property Manager for Miami Management. Through a diverse and ever changing portfolio of associations, I learned a tremendous amount about, real estate, development and project management. The experience I gathered from working with over 30 associations is wide ranging. I dealt with all facets of association business, running the gamut from large scale projects, staffing and human resources, financial planning as well as all the tangible aspects of property maintenance. In 2015, I received an exciting offer to do on-site, luxury condominium management with KW Property Management & Consulting I could not pass up. I happily consult my client and manage a boutique building in its ever expanding Florida portfolio of high-end properties. I've since moved on to a wonderful building in Miami Beach.
