About Danilo Bayani

Danilo is a result-oriented Quantity Surveyor with more than 16 years of experience in the Middle East mostly working in a Consultant. He is currently assigned as Senior Quantity Surveyor in AECOM KSA office. He previously worked in different consulting firms engaged in various major projects before joining AECOM Bahrain in the year 2014. Also, while working in AECOM Bahrain, he was able to close-out a variation amounting to almost $2 million in savings in one of the projects he handled in the company. He has a broad experience both in pre-contract and post contract work on various residential, commercial and non-commercial projects to both government and private sectors from pre-tendering stage up to and including but not limited to cost planning, bill of quantity preparation, PTE, value engineering, tender documents preparation, valuations and payment certification, variation orders, progress claim and final account settlement. Danilo's understanding of the client's requirements and expectations always drives him to deliver service of high quality and standard. By acquiring experience in various projects in different countries gave him valuable knowledge which is of great importance in every task assigned to him. He is a highly motivated person and a team player.
