About Danilo Brullini

50-year-old aeronautical engineer and in the course of my work experience I worked for the most important aeronautical companies in the sector such as Alenia Aeronautica (Caselle Sud Flight Testing Plant - ATR42MP Financial Police Program and C27J-Spartan) as Junior Flight Test Engineer, Piaggio Aero Industries (Genoa Sestri Flight Testing Plant - Program P166DP1 MLU) again as Junior Flight Test Engineer and Vulcanair (from 2001 to 2008) covering various roles - CVE (Form 4) Manuals and Flight Test, Maintenance Manager Part 145 (Form 4 ), Head of Flight Tests and Flight Line and Ground Instructor for the TRTO, participating in all development, testing, certification, production and maintenance programs that took place in those years. From 2008 to 2019 I expanded my knowledge in the aviation sector by implementing my experience in the rotary wing sector by collaborating for K4a spa, a Neapolitan company engaged in the design and production of a new light helicopter in the CS-27 class. I held both the role of Certification Manager (HAW) from 2013 to 2019 (full contract) supporting and analyzing all the activities necessary for obtaining Permit to Fly, in accordance with the Circular ENAC NAV 32F, for the flight prototype of a 2-seater twin-engine helicopter - and that of Chief Project Engineer from 2012 to 2015. Since May 2018 I have obtained recognition from EASA as Independent External Expert # 10043 in the areas of my expertise "Aircraft Design and Production" and Aircraft Continued Airworthiness ". Since May 2019 from June 2022 I have been the Maintenance Manager of Sky Services IT.145.0383 and the CAMO PH of IT.CAMO.0187 technical management. From June 2022 Consultant in Airworthiness, Certification (CS-23, CS-25 and CS-27) and Design Organisation (EU 748/2012 – PART 21), Continued airworthiness Certification approval (EU 1321/2014). Trainer and Coaching in aeronautical Regulation (EASA/FAA), Certification Processes, IR EU 748/2012 and 1321/2014. In these 23 years of experience in the aviation sector I have acquired and gained both technical and management skills, having also participated over time in the presentation of research projects for various national and international calls.
