About Danilo Capp

Currently working EMEA Windows Platforms Support Specialist after working from Technical Support Specialist in Microsoft Exchange for the LATAM / EMEA team at Concentrix CVG in Coruña, Spain. I’m graduated at USP in MBA course in Industrial Automation, also graduated in Electrical Engineer with emphasis in Electronic, Telematics modality at UNISANTA and Technologist in Data Processing by the FATEC. I worked as a technical assistant in the maintenance company CMI and for 6 years I was an Automation Engineer (Application Engineering area) by the Technics Systems Integrator company, where I acquired vast experience in Automation equipment such as PLC's, HMI's, Supervisory, technical solutions for the clients, besides elaborating projects for the construction of electrical panels and technical proposals. In my MBA, I developed a project to create a CRM system for small companies integrating systems, in order to enable the possibility of inclusion in the company that worked. In June 2017, I took a 3-month Semi-Intensive English course at ELS Language Centers in Orlando, Florida / USA. At least, I worked at Elaw Tecnologia as a System Analyst using the IBM Watson for A.I. solutions.
