About Danilo Chiesa

As a Senior Associate at Hines Italy, I manage the development of mixed-use projects in Milan, with a focus on sustainability and cost efficiency. I have been involved in the MilanoSesto project, the largest urban regeneration project in Italy, and the Torre Velasca project, a landmark building in the city center of Milan. I have a Master in Real Estate Management from Politecnico di Milano, where I won two international competitions for innovative and feasible real estate solutions. I also have a Master of Architecture from Università degli Studi di Genova, and I am a licensed architect and a LEED Green Associate. I have experience in designing and delivering residential and school buildings in BIM (Revit). I am passionate about creating value through real estate, combining economic and humanistic aspects. I enjoy working with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to the strategic vision, the design quality, and the operational excellence of the projects. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new challenges in the real estate industry.
