I advanced to the role of Manufacturing Engineering Coordinator, strategically concentrating on enhancing production readiness and driving significant cost reductions. As a Lean Leader, I spearheaded impactful lean transformations and led value stream mapping initiatives, resulting in optimized workflows and increased operational efficiency. Transitioning to a Planning & Fulfillment Manager role, I was responsible for financial forecasting and streamlining supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with business goals. Currently, I am making significant contributions in Material Planning at Alstom, where I specialize in inventory management and fostering effective supplier collaboration.
