About Danilo Perin
I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences at University of Trieste in 2005, followed by a PhD in Chemical and Pharmaceutical Sciences and Technologies completed in 2010 and several years in R&D. In 2012 I acquired the qualification as Biologist and started working in nutrition, food hygiene and HACCP in the agri-food, first as a freelance consultant and later, working for Dussmann Service srl. From 2020 I held the position of Responsible for Catering Service. In this role I deal with all aspects concerning the management of the cooking center in Fossalta di Piave (VE) and related contracts (personnel organization and work planning, budget, haccp, relations with customers/institutions). In my career and education I have acquired solid experience in various management aspects, especially in the agri-food sector: nutrition, quality, planning and resource management.
