For 20+ years, I’ve connected strategy, digital product, and AI to move initiatives from slideware to live operations across Off Trade, e-commerce, and On Trade, partnering with benchmark companies in Brazil. Today, as Sales Director Brazil at Yalo, we help large enterprises accelerate digital transformation with an agent-based intelligent sales platform that turns WhatsApp conversations into revenue. We orchestrate CRM, catalogs, payments, and logistics with AI (agents, recommendations, NLP/LLMs) to shorten journeys, scale conversion, and elevate CX.
