I am highly self-motivated professional with more than a decade experience in customer-facing roles, ranging from sales, marketing and customer service roles in large-scale national and international companies, to direct retail experience. In my previous posts I made proof of excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with both internal stakeholders and external stakeholders, maintaining and developing trust-based relations with a large portfolio of over 400 customers. And I have proven track record of routinely exceeded targets set by my employers thanks to outstanding organisational and time-management skills. I am capable of working autonomously as well as successfully integrating in a team, escalating to management where necessary, and across the business, to deliver the best service to the customers. I enjoy contact with customers and people in general, I have a positive temperament, I have so far made proof of great flexibility, having worked in different industries (confectionery, telecommunications, and services). I am now looking to secure a customer focused position in a fast-paced environment, where I can apply the knowledge and skills I have gained and I am looking forward to take on further management or leadership responsibilities.
