I show them how to “dance” with change instead of fighting it, and how to put in place a sustainable evolution for superior personal, business, and operational performances. In 20 years of experience in project planning, budgeting, contracting, direction, and control, I’ve covered roles of Project and Program Manager, PMO, PM Consultant, Representative for customers and contractors, and finally Scrum Master and Agile Coach, mostly for global players, in both Predictive and Agile environments. My experience has spanned sectors as diverse as Construction, Chemical plants, Energy, Pharma, Food Packaging & Processing, Insurance, Fintech, IT and Software Development. In the midst of my career I've gone through a deep professional and personal crisis that forced me to accept change as a rule of the game and an enabler, rather than an enemy. Deeply transformed, I've accepted my mission to help individuals, teams, and companies, step into their power to achieve personal, professional, and business success.
