Viscerally curious and creative Data Engineer. Spark/Hadoop Developer with experience in the MarTech industry (advertising, DMP, tracking). Detail-oriented about software development but always interested in the big picture. I see technology as a tool to create value and not as the end goal, though I don’t mind digging to get in depth understanding of how technology works. I have a passion for communication, marketing and psychology and I’ve spent the last years studying copywriting, advertising and funnels as a secondary endeavor. I really enjoy simplifying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, being somewhat of a bridge between tech and business. I think “soft skills” are a must in an industry where proper communication is crucial. If you asked me what’s the thing that brings me more satisfaction, I’d answer that it’s teaching and guiding people! I think that our current education system is broken and inefficient.
