I am a qualified therapy radiographer and dosimetrist, who is diligent, enthusiastic, responsible, hardworking and highly motivated. I believe in working in a team and I strive to adopt a patient centred approach to my work ethic. I am a passionate individual, who is constantly setting new personal aims and objectives to achieve a higher clinical standard. The continuing professional development is very appealing to me and I love the idea of entering a diverse and rapidly changing career. Key skills: • Broad formation in; anatomy, specially radiologic anatomy, dosimetry, brachytherapy, medical imaging, healthcare, methods and techniques in radiotherapy and psycho-oncology; • Radiotherapy treatment delivery and monitorization, simulation, planning CT, and treatment planning; • Daily quality assurance of linear accelerators; • I have decision making skills regarding routine and predictable problems encountered during placement using defined procedures and guidelines; • Developed my patient management skills, becoming competent in first day chats, evaluating patient signs and symptoms thereby improving my empathy, understanding and interpersonal skills; • Proficiency in all areas of Microsoft Office, including Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Aria and Eclipse, Raysearch and Mosaiq; Achievements and responsibilities: • Treatment delivery in different linear accelerators: Varian Trilogy; Varian Clinac DHX HP e Varian Clinac 2100 C/D, Elekta Infinity and Tomotherapy • Experience with 3D-CRT, IMRT, VMAT and intraoperative radiotherapy; • Application of IGRT; • Patient positioning verification with EPID system and OBI system; • Treatments applied to different anatomical areas: brain, head and neck, breast, lung, oesophagus, pelvic, gynaecological; • TPS Varian Eclipse, Raysearch and TPS Tomo; • Experience in treatment plans execution with 3D-CRT, VMAT, SABR, SRS;
