My career has been developing communication strategies and sales funnels for several educational institutions in Brazil. During my career, I have led teams, implementing and managing Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Partner), Dynamics, RD, among others. I have expertise in analyzing candidate behavior and engagement to improve communications and content, removing objections, and increasing conversion rates. I can orchestrate contact prioritization strategies in collaboration with different stakeholders, ensuring an efficient and personalized approach with detailed reports within strategic indicators, analyzing data, and adjusting strategies as necessary. I have actively participated in business committees, contributing to the definition and execution of strategic action plans. My experience includes work in large companies such as FedEx, B2W Digital and Cruzeiro do Sul Educacional S.A, where I developed robust customer prospecting skills and developed CRM strategies to improve the performance of their journey. I am fluent in English and have intermediate knowledge of Japanese, complemented by an exchange program in Japan. I have an MBA in Marketing and Sales Management.
