About Danita Johnson

Throughout my years of business leadership in sales, finance, and vendor management, one thing constantly took center stage…people. People determine a company’s success or failure and catalyzing that success has always been one of my primary goals. I am excited to be taking my extensive experience and dedicating it to human resource leadership. My success engaging and motivating employees, even developing communication between union workers and managers, sparked my interest in human resources. After that, I became a point person for resolving employee concerns. My attention to detail, finance and process analysis have yielded time and cost savings in every position. I look forward to utilizing these skills within human resources to transform operations, starting by empowering people. I welcome connections who share my passion for driving company success by developing strong employees and systems.
