Hey, I’m Danitza :) I work in HR, but honestly, I see my job as making work feel more human and a bit easier to handle. I care about the little things, about people, and about how a good work experience can boost the whole team’s vibe. I’ve been at fast-growing companies and ones that needed a bit more order, and in all of them, I’ve focused on the same thing: figuring out how to help people feel like they belong, without drowning them in pointless processes.
