About Dann Brown

As a passionate and skilled sales professional and a licensed insurance agent, D’Ann Brown leads with strong integrity and work ethic. Now 15 years into her career as Vice President of Sales for the South Texas division of StrucSure Home Warranty, D’Ann has built a solid reputation based on reliability and trust. Upon graduation from the University of Houston with a degree in Business Administration, she joined the homebuilding workforce as an outside sales representative for StrucSure Home Warranty, a nationwide home warranty company that provides builders, remodelers, and contractors with third-party, insurance-backed warranty products that help protect them and their homebuyers from expensive claims, liabilities, and legal fees. D’Ann’s long-running success at StrucSure has consistently caught the attention of her peers and colleagues, and for her efforts D’Ann has received national acclaim. D’Ann has not only been recognized for her sales achievements, but also for her community involvement and charitable efforts. For her outstanding contributions and involvement in the Greater Houston Builders Association, Brown received the GHBA 2011 Presidential Citation Award and the Bay Area Builder’s Association 2012 Presidential Citation Award. These awards are presented annually by the outgoing GHBA president to a select number of individuals who have gone above and beyond the call of duty throughout the year. Over the years Brown has held many leadership roles within the GHBA, including positions on the board of directors for the Montgomery County Builders and Developers Division, the Bay Area Builder’s Association, and the Custom Builder’s Council. She has also served on the Ambassador Team for the Remodeler’s Council, the Membership Committee, and most recently the Leadership Development Committee. D’Ann takes pride in serving both her clients and her community and values the personal and professional relationships she has established over the years.
