I have a passion for the moment when the right product, innovation, and business model coincide to propel a company and change people’s lives. I’m a customer experience leader who believes in the cloud but I don’t keep my head in the clouds. I love to dig into customer problems and solve them with modern technology and service excellence. I create, scale, and optimize customer relationships that align with products that matter. To accomplish this, I focus on key results, building great teams, and adapting to new insights. Throughout my career, I have led customer experience and service advancement initiatives that have allowed Cisco to remain an industry leader. My experiences have taught me the following about myself- Necessity is the mother of invention and I am good at identifying customer “necessities” and “inventing” collaborative solutions- I excel at executing big ideas within given constraints- I listen to my gut but I allow data to guide my decisions. I am a charismatic, collaborative, and creative team leader currently excelling in a broad role encompassing service strategy, solutions development, as well as change management. I am a strategic thinker with the ability to focus on long-term initiatives and future needs of the organization. I have demonstrated experience building and maintaining effective working relationships with customers and leadership teams alike, to advise both on service related and organizational matters. I thrive in rapidly growing, innovative organizations, and I’m passionate about emerging technology and providing service excellence for customers and internal teams alike.
