I manage new construction projects at Trent & Co, a successful real estate team based in the DMV. I specialize in helping developers and sellers manage their projects from acquisition to settlement. My background in government relations, transportation and open space planning come in handy when working with local municipalities including neighborhood associations on housing issues. I also have the pleasure of working with buyers, helping them to find their perfect new home! Prior to real estate, 15+ years of experience working for hard-charging elected officials and small but growing non-profits and privately held businesses I hold a Master of Public Administration degree with a public law emphasis and a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in economics and a minor in geography from California State University.
