About Danna Bacon

As a Personal Life Coach with over 2.5 years of experience, I help my clients achieve quantifiable success in their business and personal goals. I work with individuals and organizations who want to take ownership of their role, have job satisfaction and happiness, and prosper and be profitable while growing, learning, and developing. I am an International Coach Federation Associate Certified Coach (ICF-ACC) and a Certified HR Consultant, with expertise in communication, e-learning development, and training and development. In addition to my coaching practice, I am a Learning and Development Specialist at Lincoln Electric System, a public power utility serving a population of more than I have over 4.5 years of experience in developing and delivering professional development programs, e-learning modules, onboarding and exit processes, and instructional design solutions for over 500 employees. I hold multiple certifications in coaching, leadership, and process improvement, as well as a Master of Arts in Instructional Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations. My mission is to empower people and organizations to grow, learn, and prosper.
