As an Administrative Director & Executive Board Member, I use my extensive background in admin and office management to support business planning and efficient processes at Vulcan Fire. I currently oversee a $10M revenue business, manage and develop administrative teams, and collaborate closely with company executives to support sustainable growth.In parallel with my leadership role, I am pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, expanding my formal training in human behavior, communication, and emotional insight. This academic work has further shaped my people-centered approach to leadership, decision-making, and organizational development.My career spans operations, team leadership, training, compliance, and process optimization, with a strong emphasis on building effective systems and meaningful professional relationships. I am committed to continuous learning, thoughtful leadership, and work that creates lasting impact within organizations and the communities they serve. My background in college athletics reinforced the importance of time management, teamwork, and resilience, all skills I carry into my personal and professional development.
