I excel at collaborating with diverse teams, forging strategic partnerships, and engaging with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Aside from my Event Management role I have a strong passion for show calling and floor producing, there is like the pressure of live 'TV' to ensure a high quality product is delivered. Working with local community groups and people of all abilities on how they can be involved in sport at all levels is also a passion. Working within the High Performance arena of sports has a lot of rewards but there is nothing more rewarding then when you see the joy on someone's face who get's to experience the feeling of being part of a sport they never thought they would have the opportunity to be part of.
