About Dannica Culler

I am a planner. All my life I have been driven by creating a plan for everything. My detail-oriented tendencies and passion for organization have guided me through my educational as well as my personal endeavors. My planning skills have proven quite useful through the different experiences I have had in education, considering the various aspects of planning that go into creating curriculum, developing engaging lesson plans, and identifying learning gaps along with a plan to fill them. My planning skills have bled over into other parts of my life such as my love for travel. Nothing is more satisfying to me than figuring out the perfect itinerary and mapped out, day-by-day plans for a trip. My attention to detail and ability to be flexible when a plan isn’t going exactly as I anticipated are what make me an exceptional teacher, travel planner, problem solver, and employee. It is my goal to be a part of a company that will benefit from my planning skills and in turn will challenge me intellectually and professionally. I hope to be able to use my superior organization skills as well as my advanced level of communicative competence in both English and Spanish in a fast-paced work environment.
