About Danny Alba

I’m an experienced Executive Assistant with a strong track record of supporting senior leaders and driving cross-functional projects across nonprofit, healthcare, and creative industries. Over the years, I’ve discovered that what I love most is the project coordination aspect of my work — bringing teams together, managing timelines, and ensuring initiatives transition from planning to successful execution. Currently at Children’s Aid Society, I provide high-level support across People & Culture, HR, Engagement & Belonging, and Learning & Development. My role has expanded into project coordination, where I’ve: Supported the implementation of UKG, coordinating logistics, stakeholder communication, and rollout timelines. Planned and executed organizational events and cultural initiatives, including AAPI Heritage Month, LGBTQ+ Pride Month, Hispanic Heritage Month, Ice Cream Socials, and the Annual Summit. Collaborated on upcoming projects like the Children’s Aid archives exhibition at the New-York Historical Society. In my past roles at Montefiore Einstein, Pereira O’Dell, Design Studio, and HUGE, I coordinated large-scale events (including summits with over 900 attendees), managed office relocations and openings (including IT connectivity setup), and streamlined workflows across departments.
