About Danny Archer

My career has been spent in the service of others, manifesting in different roles. I am a member of the ever expanding recovery movement. Through love and fellowship I found the way out, so the last few years have seen me in roles specific to Substance Use Disorder. My family on both sides have a positive genius for social happenings; we tend to be friendly, funny, wisecracking and our general temperament is one of good humor and laughter. Both of my grandfathers were successful business men, each gaining hefty success for some time. Either of them would tell you their success came about from a desire to be helpful. And so I have found this to be one of my lifes joys and pleasures. It is made easier by my sincere interest in people and all the many flavors expressed by their character. I have been caretaker to the grievously injured, a seller of textiles, the operator of a miniature, electric powered train for kids to ride inside of a mall. I have enjoyed all of my jobs for the same reason: the people. I am currently the Community Engagement Manager for Crossroads Treatment in Kentucky. Crossroads is an Outpatient based SUD program. We exist to improve health equity in order to create superior outcomes. We offer MAT medications for those of us with Opiate Use Disorder. I head community outreach and assist with marketing for all 9 of our locations.
