About Danny Bone

With a MSc in Entrepreneurship and a BSc in Business Administration from VU Amsterdam, I began my career as a trainee at JMG and progressed through various roles to become a Managing Consultant and, ultimately, Business Unit Director for Good Company’s Sourcingteam. This all comes together in my current role as Commercial Lead Experience Analytics at Digital Power, where I apply my expertise in business development, account management and project management to help organizations grow through data-driven insights. In this role, I focus on areas such as Data, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Customer Experience (CX), further building my expertise in using analytics to create meaningful impact. In my previous role as Managing Consultant, I led teams across Online Marketing, eCommerce, and IT Security while overseeing key accounts and managing over €2.5 million in revenue. I was awarded Consultant of the Year in 2018, 2019, and 2021, with runner-up in 2020 and 2022 at Good Company, and earned the MVP (Most Valued Person) award in 2020 at Jobs & Media Group. Still the highest overall score ever at Jobs & Media Group since the start in 2008. My journey from trainee to leadership has given me a strong foundation in both strategic and hands-on recruitment, enabling me to build high-impact teams and making companies future ready. My experience spans a diverse client portfolio, from innovative startups and fast-scaling companies to established corporate clients across sectors as varied as media, healthcare and retail.
