I am a hospitality strategist, executive chef, and concept developer with more than 20 years of experience creating food and beverage programs, restaurant concepts, and brand-driven culinary experiences across hotels, restaurants, media, and global consumer brands.My career has evolved from working in professional kitchens to leading hospitality innovation, restaurant openings, and lifestyle-focused dining concepts. I have contributed to restaurant and hospitality developments across North America and Europe, including projects such as Asia de Cuba in London, hospitality consulting for Hilton Garden Inn, and hospitality concept development projects including Le Victoria Hotel in Switzerland.Throughout my career I have focused on the intersection of hospitality, culinary innovation, and brand storytelling, collaborating with global companies including Amazon, Wayfair, Samsung, Tefal, and DeLonghi to create culinary programming, product storytelling, and lifestyle content that connects brands with consumers.Alongside my hospitality work, I founded the Better FED Project, a culinary workforce development initiative focused on mentoring justice-involved youth and preparing them for careers in hospitality.
