Highly experienced as Customer support and account management operations manager. Very comfortable in fast paced environments, working to scale out customer operations operations. Lead all operations of a 70 seat call center, training and developing 5 managers to lead the center. As an operations manager and Customer leader my primary focus has revolved around the development, empowerment and success of those around me.I believe in complete transparency, fostering an environment of trust and reciprocity.While I feel very comfortable in the realm of people leadership, I am no stranger to data and analytics necessary to identify and execute on opportunities to make an impact on the bottom line through customer experience management. I have driven efficiency and quality improvements in multiple organizations. My greatest successes have been around creating, sharing and inspiring a vision of a highly productive, driven and efficient organization. Feel very comfortable developing actionable key metrics, forecasting call volume, and managing large workforces across multiple channels.
