I have over twenty eight years of experience and knowledge (as of 2023) in engineering major drainage facilities including hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, infiltration and detention ponds, low impact design(LID), channel improvements and stream restoration, sustainable development/LEED, erosion control, sediment transport, and stormwater management plans including either drainage basin planning studies or stormwater best management practices. A majority of my work has been with either local government agencies (such as UDFCD, City and County of Denver, or City of Colorado Springs) or state agencies (such as CDOT or Colorado State Parks). I also have experience in the preparation and submittal of Letter of Map Revisions (LOMR) and in reestablishing/maintaining habitat and wetlands and in the preparation and submittal of land development projects from preliminary to construction stages, and submission to local government agencies approval. I have been Practice Center Leader for the Water Resource Department for seven years, dealing with all aspects related to staffing, workload projection, marketing, resource loading, etc. for all internal and external water resource tasks/projects. I was the Office Manager for the Lakewood, CO office for two years. I also have been involved in corporate strategic planning for both the region and the corporation.
