Throughout my 11 years’ experience, I have acquired an instinct for identifying and maximising any opportunity to come my way. I am also renowned for my ability to strengthen a company’s confidence through the proactive management of multiple projects, vivaciously motivating individuals and committed to ensuring scheduled workloads are effectively managed with successful results. Beginning my career as an Artworker, before progressing through to management level, has enabled me to gain a full understanding of the project development process from the initial concept through to completion. I particularly enjoy being involved in this process as it enables me to ensure that the needs of the company and client are taken into account. I am inspired most when given the opportunity to manage productions I can be enthusiastic about, enabling me to deliver confident pitches and presentations that have resulted directly in new business development. I also enjoy working with out-of-house clients to ensure high quality, good value products are developed to enable competitive superiority.
