I am a Regional Manager - Training at GXO Logistics, Inc, where I manage a team of Driver Trainers and ensure compliance with DVSA standards. I have not listed my education degree or university, but I have acquired multiple skills in management, project management, and time management throughout my career. Previously, I was a Driver Trainer at Clipper Logistics plc, where I delivered training to LGV drivers on various topics, such as tachograph, OTR, and CPC modules. I enjoy working with drivers and helping them develop their skills and knowledge. I am motivated by the values of safety, efficiency, and quality that drive the logistics industry. I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked with different clients, sites, and vehicles. I am always eager to learn new things and collaborate with others to achieve our goals.
