Most recently at Brinker International, I led shared services teams of nearly 80 team members within Payroll and AP, processing payroll for employees while implementing Oracle Cloud ERP and driving post-conversion improvements. I have led complex system transitions across platforms like Workday, Oracle, and ADP, and I’m known for my ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, optimize global operations, and improve compliance through Lean and RPA principles. Before Brinker, I held leadership roles at RealPage, Lennox, and CompuCom, consistently streamlining processes, delivering cost savings, and ensuring global payroll compliance across North America and International. Whether it’s implementing Billtrust, leading Workday, SAP and Oracle upgrades, or aligning teams during acquisitions, I bring a strong mix of technical expertise and people leadership.
