I take great pride in acting upon the expressed and unexpressed wishes of every guest, creating a luxurious and memorable in-flight experience every flight. Having refined my culinary abilities and wine knowledge through training with Flightess and WSET Level 2, I believe I have the necessary skills and experience to provide exemplary service and culinary art to your highly valued VIP’s and clientele`. I bring extensive exposure and understanding to European, Asian and International customs and etiquette. I’m incredibly flexible and loyal with a detailed focus on providing service excellence beyond your client’s expectations. Having lived in both Japan, the United Kingdom and throughout various states in Australia, my flexibility and willingness to adapt to my employers operational needs has always been a priority. I’m experienced on Global Express 7500 / XRS, Falcon and Hawker 800XP aircraft. Further, I'm endorsed on Legacy 600 and Citation Sovereign aircraft.
