As the Head of Service CEMEA at Dometic, I successfully established a caravan service center and led the digitalization of all technical processes. At Keil Anlagenbau, I drove significant sales growth by restructuring the after-sales organization, developing the after-sales strategy, and establishing strategic partnerships. My career also includes management positions in international mechanical engineering, compressed air technology, and electronics, where I successfully led change management projects. Additional qualifications in business development and technical management further enhance my practical experience, enabling me to think strategically and implement projects with agility.
