About Danny Levy

I believe modern agriculture is at a pivot point: we don’t need to choose between biology and chemistry. We need to integrate them. My career is defined by proving that healthy soil microbiology is not just "nice to have" it is the scalable engine for the next generation of carbon-negative, high-yield farming. As Co-Founder and CTO of Groundwork BioAg, I have spent the last decade turning a niche biological process into a global industrial reality. We didn't just study mycorrhiza; we cracked the code on mass production, making Groundwork BioAg the world's largest producer of mycorrhizal inoculants. My executive focus lies at the intersection of Commercial Scalability and Sustainability Strategy: FROM LAB TO MASS MARKET - I led the technical scale-up that now serves millions of acres annually across major global breadbaskets. THE CARBON OPPORTUNITY - I help bridge the gap between agronomic science and profitable carbon markets. I am proud to provide the technical leadership underpinning a program that has sequestered millions of tons of CO2e (cumulative impact). PRAGMATIC INNOVATION - I build R&D cultures that don't just publish papers - they deliver verifiable ROI for farmers and corporate partners.THE FUTURE OF AGTECHI am a firm believer that combining chemistry with healthy soil microbiology and carbon removal will lead modern agriculture from being a pollution generator to a clean, Net-Zero industry. I am deeply invested in the broader industry conversation regarding soil health standards, carbon verification protocols, and the scaling of biological technologies.I welcome high-level dialogue on how we can collectively steer global agriculture toward this Net-Zero future.
