With over 24 years of work experience, I am a seasoned and skilled manager of command and control room installations. My core competencies include process improvement, new business development, problem solving, and communication. I am passionate about delivering high-quality and timely solutions for complex and challenging projects across the Western US and Canada. I value collaboration, innovation, and customer satisfaction, and I strive to align my work with the mission and vision of Evans Consoles, a leading provider of ergonomic and modular workstations. As the Regional Installation & Service Manager at Evans Consoles, I am responsible for the successful installation of command and control rooms from cradle to grave. I manage all aspects of the installation process, from pre-sale budget creation, to planning and execution, to stakeholder communication, to site access and certification. I also create and execute a dealer training and certification program for installers, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to install the products. Additionally, I work closely with the R&D and design departments to provide feedback and suggestions for product and process improvement. Through my work, I have contributed to the enhancement of the product quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
