About Danny Meulemans

Ever since my first work experience I'm active within maintenance. later on 'asset management' Started at Sidal, Duffel with a Rimses implementation (CMMS). I put this into practice as a maintenance engineer and this way his first experiences with installation teams were developed. To gain more technical and thematic experience I'd cooperate building a new Hyundai site in Geel and experienced managerial experience at Barlo Plastics a bit further down the road. Besides the interesting aspects of the maintenance issue I also act as prevention adviser and environmental coordinator in this organization. When I quit the production facilities in Geel I picked up the thread at Pfizer in Puurs as responsible maintenance support department. In this function I was responsible for material function, planning and scheduling and the common installations like HS-LS distribution, buildings, rolling stock, data communication and others. One of the nicest tasks this function contained was developing a team of 20 people that was responsible for the emergency maintenance on a continuous basis, added with the support of processes and systems in the entire company. Because of the knowledge of extrusion processes I chose to be the responsible of blow fill seal within sterile production, which gives a very important product for the Pfizer plant in Puurs. Later on I joined STS Consultancy (before ESCI) within different asset management projects. After a join from about 2 years at the KMPG Asset mangement competence center I did a return to Stork Specialties: maintenance management reliability and integrity asset management
