Danny Ng, Founder & CEO of Solutif Danny have more than 15 years of experience in IT fields, He started his career as Technical Architect and have developed expertise in Customer Experience, CRM & Contact Center solution especially on Oracle Siebel, Salesforce and Genesys platform. Along the journey, He also experienced in Product, Presales, Business Development and also Sales Management across many industries. The combination of his IT background with sales exposure enable him to develop a holistic view of the whole business processes and able to understand the entire customer journey and challenges that the customer faces. His experiences also allows him not only to have a comprehensive understanding of sales/service partner ecosystem but also to deeply engage with customers/end users. This has led to better understanding and communication to build long term relationships. He founded and lead PT Solusi Tiga Selaras also known as Solutif that focuses on end to end OmniChannel Solution that provides his customer with best talent (coworker) and technology. His company joined IFT Group in mid 2021, a growing technology company group that have more than 6 companies under, and He trusted to become CMO, CSO of the Group.
