About Danny Rojas

As a Reservoir Simulation Engineer at Chevron, I worked at the largest fields with >100 billion bls OOIP combined. My focus has been on Reservoir Management resulting in significant reserves growth and delivery of several billion US$ NPV. Leading reservoir simulation studies has been a cornerstone of my career, driving more than a billion barrels of incremental recovery and ensuring reserves additions in the billions of barrels of oil equivalent (BOE). My expertise extends to managing technology development and pilot programs, notably pioneering a multistage hydraulic fracturing pilot in tight carbonates and maturing advanced RM technologies. In my role I have been passionate about growing capabilities of employees through course instruction and mentoring. These competencies have been sharpened through my experience and are central to the value I bring to Chevron's ambitious projects.
