I have nearly two decades of experience in consumer directed healthcare benefits administration, serving core departments including channel partnerships, client implementations, project migrations, debit card services and SAAS sales. As a partner relationship manager and operational strategist, I have regularly been assigned to manage or pioneer solutions for unique partnerships. I have been successful expanding partner strategy and our capability to grow and retain business by nurturing business relationships, strengthening operations, coaching teams, tailoring marketing to meet the partner’s needs, improving data solutions, streamlining processes and evaluating revenue outcomes. I am a natural connector, and commonly lean into this to influence positive change, build bridges and meet mutual goals particularly where sales, service operations and product teams intersect As a project manager I greatly value collaboration, knowledge-share, stakeholder management and collective effort; I think these are core to an effective workplace where teams can execute on their missions. I have leaned into my product expertise, skills and abilities to manage schedule, define scope, communicate cross-functionally and clarify requirements. In my career I have managed or supported teams on initiatives that reduce waste, onboard acquisition business, execute custom technical solutions and deliver an engaging educational experience.
