Mathematician and data scientist working in infectious disease epidemiology. I build quantitative dynamic mathematical models and use Bayesian Inference to predict the impact of health care interventions. I work mostly with R and Python. My research is used by partners in intergovernmental organisations and by national policymakers. Currently I am working on a project to develop an R package that makes state of the art calibration methods (such as history matching and model emulation) accessible to the wide community of researchers in epidemiology.
