My role as Co-Founder of Character World, saw me successfully lead a family business to become a successful, PE-backed, corporate organisation, growing the company to a turnover of over £40m. As a business owner, I was proud and humbled to receive the 2023 honorary achievement award from the UK Licensing Industry.
