I have experience in software QA, development, design, product marketing, product management, and managing teams. I feel most fulfilled at work when I can mentor or coach my colleagues by sharing my knowledge, experience, or perspective. Throughout my career, I have consistently delivered value by facilitating collaboration and communication between teams and business functions, by practicing design thinking as a way of solving problems and formulating strategy, and by using visual storytelling to win alignment around a forward vision. I love to promote engagement and morale by helping people to see the deeper meaning in their work and by showing how all parts of the vision fit together, providing leadership with purpose and a clarity of vision.
